ELVIO’S CHIMICHURRI is versatile. It’s easy to cook with and can quickly spice up old favorites. My family puts chimi on just about everything; from grilled & roasted meats, poultry and fish, to baked potatoes, scrambled eggs and vegetables. We toss it in salads, pasta and sprinkle it on our homemade pizzas. We dip crackers, homemade French fries and pretzels in it. Chimi also makes a delicious garlic bread/bruschetta alternative. I love chimi croutons and chimi grilled cheese sandwiches!

ELVIO’S CHIMI-COOKBOOK is currently under development. In it, my family will share traditional Argentine, Basque and modern fusion chimichurri recipes.
